Corrects inconsistent chunk boundaries and rolling state across the slice and incremental APIs, adds regression and fragmented-input tests, and restores benchmarks for all ten algorithms. Relicenses the original code to OSL-3.0 with upstream notices, updates development dependencies, and modernizes CI.
Boundary corrections can change persisted chunk layouts. The minimum supported Rust version is now 1.88.
Validation: 55 tests and three doctests pass on stable and Rust 1.88; each algorithm passes independently with default features disabled; 21 benchmark smoke cases, Clippy with warnings denied, rustdoc with warnings denied, and crate packaging pass.
Fixes #30, fixes #29, fixes #3, and closes #1. Supersedes #35, #34, #33, #32, #31, #27, #26, and #23.
